How ShotSetter keeps your flower photos private

Your designs are your livelihood, and a wedding client’s bouquet isn’t something you want floating around the internet. Here is, in plain words, what happens to the photos you upload to ShotSetter and the choices you have.

The short version

  • Private to your studio. Your uploads and results are only visible in your own account. We don’t show them publicly and we don’t sell them.
  • Used only to make your photos. Photos are sent to our image service only to create, check and deliver your results.
  • Not used for training. The image service we use says the content sent through its paid service is not used to train its models.
  • No ads, no tracking cookies. ShotSetter uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in.
  • Yours to delete. Remove all your photos, or delete your whole account, at any time.

Who helps run ShotSetter

A few trusted services help: one creates and checks each photo, one confirms who you are when you sign in, one sends sign-in codes, one handles card payments (we never see your full card number), and private hosting and storage keep your studio running. Our Privacy Policy lists each one by name.

How to remove your photos or your account

  1. Open My brand

In the menu, open My brand, then Storage & privacy.

  2. Remove photos

Remove all your photos in one step. They are deleted from active storage, and backup copies are removed as backups rotate.

  3. Or delete your account

Delete your account from the same place, in the app or on the website.

Your photos, your rights

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload, and you may use your results anywhere lawful: your website, shop listings, social media, delivery-app menus, proposals and print. We never use your photos in our marketing without your written permission.
